The governance and management structure of Rural Development Lead Solutions (RUDELS) is built on a dual framework of governance and mission-driven management. At the apex is the Advisory Board, which provides oversight, policy direction, and strategic guidance.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for translating this vision into action, ensuring operational effectiveness, accountability, and alignment with RUDELS’ mission.
The operational and missional hub of RUDELS is Kingdom at the Doorsteps (KiDS), which serves as the platform anchoring spiritual, socioeconomic, and developmental initiatives. The Missional Director leads KiDS, supported by a team of specialized officers. These include officers responsible for Kingdom Business and Partnerships, Publications, Socioeconomic Empowerment of the Needy, Community Development Initiatives, and ICT (Information and Communication Technology).
This structure ensures RUDELS maintains strong governance while being adaptive, mission-focused, and technologically enabled to deliver impact in rural communities.
